 Sale Orders


Sale Orders is after the quotation process is completed or can create direct sale order. The sale order is a document generated by a seller for processing a customer order.

    . Create SO (Direct): Go to SO list Click (Add Sale Order )=>in SO form fill master data,fill detail data => Click button Add

    · Create SO (Reference): Go to SO list Click (Add Sale Order )=>fill data & (by select QA Reference) in SO form=> click button Add
    · Create SO (Reference): Go to Quotation list =>Select which row (Pending) => in  Action button click (Create Sale Order )

·   SO Details

To view the details of the sale order as document form

Click on box Actions => Click on Sale Order Details(1)

Note: The details will be explained in Sale Order Details Form (5.2.B)

·   Approve SO

To approve the sale order as the status is on Pending and Rejected

Click on box Actions => Click on Approve Sale Order(2) => Click on Yes

·   Reject SO

To cancel or reject the sale order as the status is on Pending

Click on box Actions => Click on Reject Sale Order(3) => Click on Yes

·  Add Deposit

To add deposit of the sale order as the status is approved

Click on box Actions => Click on Add Deposit(4) => Specify the fields => Click on Add Deposit

Note: Adding deposit details will be shown in the Add Deposit Form (5.2.C)

·  Un Approve SO

To un approve the sale order as the status is approved

Click on box Actions => Click on Un Approve Sale Order(5) => Click on Yes

·  Create Sale

To create sale of the sale order as the status is approved

Click on box Actions => Click on Create Sale(6) => Specify the fields => Click on Submit

Note: Creating sale details will be shown in the Add Sale Form (5.3.E)

·  Create Delivery

To create delivery of the sale order as the status is approved

Click on box Actions => Click on Create Delivery(7) => Specify the fields => Click on Submit

Note: Creating delivery details will be shown in the Add Delivery Form (5.5.C)
